Rates and Payment Options

These prices include 10% VAT and are valid for 2026. They will not apply during the Mobile World Congress or the Formula 1 Montmeló Grand Prix.
The airport transfer price includes a 1 hour and 15-minute waiting time from the actual landing time. There will be no additional charge in the event of a flight delay.
Our guests are encouraged to compare our prices with those offered by hotels.
Our rates are designed to offer a premium experience with vehicles from the Mercedes range, including V-Class, Viano, and Vito models. All our prices include parking and highway tolls, ensuring transparency and convenience during every trip.

Please note that tips and entrance fees to museums or restaurants are not included in our rates.

When traveling in our vehicles, it's important to consider the available payment options, which include bank transfer or direct payment to the driver, either in cash or by credit card. All our vehicles are equipped with a credit card reader.

However, for long-distance trips outside of Spain, such as to France, it's essential to make payment by credit card upon departure. This is because there is a risk of experiencing coverage issues that could affect the payment terminal's operation during the journey. By making payment in advance, travelers can ensure a smoother and hassle-free experience.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

For regular services such as transfers, city tours, excursions, or hourly arrangements, payment is typically made after the service is completed, and we do not have a cancellation policy. For multiple transfers (such as conferences, etc.), we request 50% of the total price before the start of the service, and the remainder once the transfers have been provided.
Transfers canceled at least 24 hours before the service will be fully refunded. During Mobile World Congress, specific conditions apply, which users should consult in advance.
A 30% deposit of the total price of the services is required to secure the reservation. The remainder must be made before the start of the contracted services.
In the event of a cancellation, if notification is received at least 5 days before the scheduled date, the amount corresponding to the price of the canceled services will be fully refunded.
